While over 95% of our customers return for additional services, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and writers while maintaining the quality of our services:

  • Only funds personally added to your account balance are eligible for refund
  • Bonus funds and promotional credits are non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be made within 6 months of the original transaction
  • All refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Our free AI Tools and Plagiarism Checker are not subject to refunds

Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

1. No Writer Assigned

If we're unable to assign a writer to your order within 24 hours, you're eligible for a 100% refund.

2. Late Delivery

For orders delivered after the deadline, partial refunds are available based on the delay:

  • Formatting and citation errors
  • Originality concerns (with verified plagiarism report)

4. Duplicate Payments

For accidental duplicate payments, we'll process a 100% refund of the duplicate charge upon verification.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation refunds depend on order progress:

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Lower-than-expected grades
  • Failure to pass exams or courses
  • College admission decisions

2. Editing/Proofreading Services

Editing services are non-refundable when:

  • Original content contained fundamental flaws
  • Customer expectations weren't clearly communicated
  • Changes are requested beyond the initial scope

3. Other Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders placed through third-party platforms
  • Requests made after 6 months from payment
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Service fees (except for 0% evaluation cases)

Account Closure & Refunds

Regarding account status and refunds:

  • Inactive accounts (180+ days) may be closed with remaining funds forfeited
  • Voluntary account deletion doesn't qualify for refunds
  • Suspended accounts due to policy violations forfeit all funds

If closing your account with a remaining balance, contact support within 14 days of deactivation.

Payment Processing

Intellectual Property After Refund
